When disaster strikes, turn to a name you can trust. At Steamatic of Arkansas we know that water damage can throw your entire life off-balance, and our team of experts can help get your home back to normal.

Our technicians are IICRC certified and follow the industry-standard IICRC S-500 guidelines for water damage restoration.

Whether it’s caused by a weather emergency or a plumbing malfunction, water intrusion causes damage quickly, often on contact.  Quick response is vital to prevent destructive results.  Hiring a certified structural drying company can turn a devastating loss into a minor inconvenience.  Steamatic of Arkansas technicians are trained to minimize water damage as fast as possible.

When it comes to water damage, the first 48 hours are critical. That’s why you can call Steamatic of Arkansas 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The earlier we arrive to get the drying process started, the better. Waiting can increase the risk of lasting damage to structures, as well as the risk of mold growth. If the water is coming from an inside source, such as a toilet or sink, find the shut-off valve and turn it off immediately. As soon as that is done, call Steamatic of Arkansas Water Damage Restoration Services.

Take these steps immediately to stop further loss of your property:

  • Turn off the source of the water and call a repair service.

  • Elevate all furniture, even upholstered furniture with skirts, on unstained wood blocks.

(If wood gets wet, DO NOT oil as it will not allow water to escape from the wood.)

  • Remove all shoes, clay pots, magazines, papers, or anything lying on the floor that might leave a stain.
